The purchaser acknowledges that the responsibility for the item and any associated claims rest solely with them.

These potential additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price. The risk of loss and title to the products pass to you upon signature/delivery. In the unlikely event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If you need to make any changes to the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that we may not be able to modify the address if the order has already been shipped. If your item is shipped to an undeliverable address and has to be re-shipped or shipped back and there are extra charges incurred, you agree that you are responsible for these additional charges.
